Bartercard, the
company which gives businesses the power to exchange goods and services as part
of the world's largest trade exchange, have released the latest version of
their award-winning app. Aimed at providing its members with a seamless trading
experience, the latest version has useful new features as well as an improved
user experience.
The app has seen an overhaul of the directory to
make it location aware. That means, for the first time, users have multiple ways
of tracking other members down. The payment section of the app has also been
improved, with the user able to scan a QR code from another member to receive a
payment. Alternatively, the app allows them to quickly and simply enter the
member's payment details. To receive a payment, all users have to do is enter
the amount they are owed, which will generate the QR code for the other member
to scan. As always, the app features full account details, allowing users to
stay up to date on their balance and transactions.
The app is specifically targeted towards SMEs
who are looking to streamline and simplify doing business. Building a
reputation over the years for helping small and medium sized businesses improve
their cash flow, Bartercard has always aimed to provide companies with a
platform to empower them with the increased flexibility required to buy goods
or services without affecting their cash reserves.
On the improvements to the app, Philip Ciniglio,
CEO of Bartercard, said: "Those who download the app will be met with a
simplified and intuitive mobile interface. The new interface, which has been
designed with better visualisation and flow in mind, gives our members
everything they love about Bartercard at their fingertips. We believe trading
should be as simple and straightforward as possible, and have always made an
extensive effort to not only help businesses improve their cash flow, but also
expand their distribution channels as well as enhance productivity. By giving
our members the power to do all of that and more from our newly designed app,
we're convinced that we'll see our members enjoy even greater growth in the
future. Whether they're paying another member, simply viewing their balance, or
processing a sale, the new app makes doing business not only easy and
stress-free, but also entirely transparent."
The new and improved Bartercard app is available
to download from both Google Play and the Apple's App store now.
