How long have you been a member of the SWA?

Just under a year.

What is the most exciting or interesting project you've worked on?

Sheep Farm 

What is a typical day like at Perla Windows?

We start at 7am - there's four of us in the office and one who works remotely. One Business Manager/Sales Director, one Sales Director who overseas pricing, one Technical Director and an Operations Manager.We are a small well-run teamand have a wonderful synergy in the office. We have three installation teams.

Are there any challenges you've faced but overcome in the recent years?
           Supply chains, glass quality, processes for growth are the predominant ones.

How long have you worked at Perla Windows?

Seven years

What was your first job?

Working atIntel(computer company)

What was the best piece of advice you have been given?

Learn to listen!

Where is dream holiday destination?

Southern Spain!

Tipple of choice?

Tequila

If you had to choose another career, what would it be? 

Garden designer

What is your death row meal - starter, main and dessert? 

Sushi, steak,and sticky toffee pudding
