EXPAND INTO NEW PREMISES

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has sold a Bromsgrove warehouse with offices to an expanding water services and engineering company.

Acting on behalf of Clearwater Group, Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, sold the freehold of Clearwater House, Saxon Business Park, Bromsgrove, B60 4AD, a 6,705 sq ft grade A warehouse with ground and first floor offices, to Watertight Management Limited, for £580,000.

Already based in Bromsgrove, Watertight Management works with water companies, local councils, and individual commercial and domestic users to deliver civil engineering, clean and waste water projects.
