GJS DILLON HELPS MALVERN TECH COMPANY TO EXPAND

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has helped a fast growing Malvern technology company expand into new offices.

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Sandy Macpherson, Commercial Negotiator at GJS Dillon, let Ysobel House, Enigma Commercial Centre, Sandys Road, Malvern, WR14 1JJ to Smartbox Assistive Technology Limited on a 10 year lease at an annual rent of £75,000.

Ysobel House is a modern 6,793 sq ft Grade A two storey detached office situated on the popular Enigma Commercial Centre, a purpose built courtyard office development fronting Sandys Road on Enigma Business Park which is Malvern’s main office, industrial and commercial area, two miles to the north of Great Malvern town centre.

Presently based in Court Road, Malvern, Smartbox Assistive Technology produces a range of devices and software that help people with disabilities do things that everyone else takes for granted.
