York Ice Cream maker's tenth consecutive top BRC audit

York ice cream manufacturer Yorvale is celebrating after passing a stringent BRC Food Safety Audit with top marks for the tenth time.

Acaster Malbis business Yorvale is one of only a handful of business to gain a Grade AA against Issue 7 of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.

Commenting on the result, Yorvale Director Lesley Buxton said; "It is an amazing achievement for a company of our size to be awarded a Grade AA against a tough standard and one of which the whole team is justifiably proud. AA is a new grade that is awarded to the top performing companies who get less than five minor non conformancies."

Yorvale ice cream and Yoryog frozen yogurt are available nationwide via selected wholesalers and from farm shops, independent retailers, visitor attractions and supermarkets throughout Yorkshire. Please visitwww.yorvale.co.uk/products_stockists/htmlfor more information.
