KWB WORKPLACE COMPLETES MAJOR OFFICE REFURBISHMENT AND FIT-OUT AT BIRMINGHAM BUSINESS PARK

 

A Birmingham office move management consultancy has completed a six figure refurbishment, design and fit-out project at a 26,000 sq ft office building at Birmingham Business Park.

 

Working for the landlord Quartz Investments LLP, KWB Workplace, the consultancy arm of Birmingham commercial property agency KWB, project managed the landlord’s refurbishments for the ground floor and common areas at 1320 Solihull Parkway, Birmingham Business Park.

 

KWB Workplace then managed the specification and fit-out of 20,774 sq ft of office space on the ground and first floor for incoming tenant BCA Logistics.

 

KWB Workplace Director Adrian Southall, says: “As an independent consultant and project manager we were able to save time and money for both landlord and tenant by ensuring we engaged the best contractors for the job and carefully managed the schedule of works.”
