AN EXTRA SPECIAL CHRISTMAS AT DUNDAS SHOPPING CENTRE AND INDOOR MARKET

PRESS RELEASE

20 November 2017

AN EXTRA SPECIAL CHRISTMAS AT

DUNDAS SHOPPING CENTRE AND INDOOR MARKET

Middlesbrough’s Dundas Shopping Centre and Indoor Market is gearing up for an extra special Christmas with our festive decorations already up!

There are special three-day Christmas Food and Craft Markets running from 24th to 26th November and from 15th to 17th December and a Handmade and Vintage Market on 9th December, a perfect opportunity to choose from a range of unique items to find that extra special gift.

The indoor market is open seven days a week for five weeks, starting on Sunday 26th November to coincide with Middlesbrough’s famous Reindeer Parade.

Budding artists and designers can take part in the Dundas Shopping Centre’s Christmas Card Competition which will be judged on 3 December.  Download an entry form from www.dundasshoppingcentre.co.uk and submit this with your design to have a chance to win a free studio photography session with LTG photography and a £50 voucher at LD Printing to spend on prints.  There is a Christmas Hamper for the runner up and Dundas shopping vouchers for those coming third, fourth and fifth.  The winning card will become the shopping centre’s official card this Christmas.

All retailers, large and small, have festive offers from special breads and cakes at Cooplands and Brickyard Bakery, to meals and snacks at Jean’s Kitchen, Fultons Foods and Indy’s Grub to Go, and toys and presents for kids of all ages at B&M, Boyes and Kindamagic.

To help cope with all the shopping, there is free parking after 3pm every day from 24th November until Christmas Day in the 178-space Dundas Shopping Centre basement car park, accessed off Wilson Street.

Dundas Market Manager David Harris says: “This will be an extra special Christmas with three special markets and plenty else going on in the centre and the indoor market.  Christmas is also a time to think about those less fortunate than us, so I am delighted that we are an official drop off point for TFM’s Cash for Kids, so please stop off and give what you can.”
