Abacus Day Nursery Sales launches with offer to cover vendors' legal fees

 7November 2017: Abacus Day Nursery Sales, a new brand specialising in the sale of childcare businesses, has launched with an offer to include vendors' legal costs within its standard completion fee.

Abacus uses a proven combination of traditional and online media to market day nursery businesses. It also has a number of retained purchasers on its books, meaning that childcare providers can often be sold at premium valuations without ever having to be put on the open market.
