LEASE RENEWAL IS VOTE OF CONFIDENCE IN

Blue Marble Asset Management (Blue Marble) has negotiated the renewal of an office lease at Whittington Hall, Worcester.
Acting on behalf of the Pemberstone Partnership, the Birmingham-based specialist real estate asset management company has re-let 4,380 sq ft of office space within Whittington Hall, on a new five year least, at a quoting rent of £17psf, to Bamboo Marketing.
Bamboo Marketing works primarily in the automotive sector. Operations Director Vicky Holmes says: “Bamboo provides a range of marketing services to the automotive sector from our Whittington Hall offices, including the unique offering of managing customer care contact centre activity for vehicle manufacturers and their dealer networks.
“Staff retention is critical to our being able to offer a professional service from highly trained, experienced team members. The facilities and environment at Whittington Hall lend themselves massively to creating a great team environment where staff feel valued and supported.”
