Mobile device solutions specialist Pervacio is investing to grow its business in Canada and has made a senior team appointment to take advantage of strategic business opportunities in the country. Based at the company's regional development hub in Toronto, Karin Vierhuishas joined Pervacio asDirector of Program Management.

Pervacio's Global VP of Business Development, Hussain Hussain, comments: "We're very excited to welcome Karin, who will play a lead role in the expansion of Pervacio's existing markets throughout Canada. She will help us take a step closer to achieving our aim of becoming the global leader for providing a single, unified mobile device automation platform for carriers, OEMs and enterprises while also delivering superior customer service and lowering costs."

Karin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, has completed Project Management Professionalcertification and brings more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with particular expertise in implementing complex product delivery projects and programs. She has extensive experience in wireless hardware reverse logistics and repair.

As Pervacio's Director of Program Management, Karin leads programs across multiple mobile device automation solutions, taking charge of conceptualization, delivery and support.

She joins Pervacio from Rogers Communications, where she was most recently involved in supporting the integration of the Mobilicity brand into the company's portfolio. As well as creating a mid- to long-term program to support continued revenue growth in wireless data, she led the requirements process and made the business case for multiple large initiatives. Karin also developed an end-to-end strategy and policies for hardware warranty and returns programs with a view to driving revenue generation, customer acquisition and retention.
