Amelia Bishop
Consulting, a firm which has built up a reputation thanks to its specialised
Brexit consultancy, is to host an event examining the opportunities available
to businesses in the post-Brexit landscape.
'Be Brexit Smart: How will you manage the
changes and opportunities', will take place in London's prestigious Portcullis
House on 26 October 2017. Businesses from all industries seeking advice on how
to negotiate the complexities of dealing with Brexit will be in attendance.
Guests at the event can expect to hear from some
of the UK's foremost experts on the process of leaving the European Union,
including Geoffrey Clifton-Brown MP, Co-Chairman of the All Party Parliamentary
Group for Trade and Investment, Chairman of the All Party Parliamentary Group
on Shooting and Conservation, a Board Member of the Conservative Party and an
Executive Member of the 1922 Committee as well as Party Chairman of the
Conservative Friends of The Chinese.
Brexit
strategist Robert Devine will also speak. After more than 35 years in
investment banking throughout North America and Europe, as well as 15 years of
daily dealings with the European Commission and the European Investment Bank,
Robert will be offering his unique insight into the challenges and
opportunities Brexit presents for UK businesses.
Tsige Berhanu, a consultant
solicitor from the highly respected Keystone Law, will also be in attendance.
Aimed at businesses who have a work force of EU nationals or regularly recruit
from the EU marketplace, Tsige will be bringing comprehensive knowledge built
during ten years worth of experience advising on UK immigration law.
Amelia Bishop,
managing director of Amelia Bishop Consulting, stated: "It doesn't matter
whether you voted to remain or to leave. The vote itself is no longer relevant,
but what is vital to ensure businesses succeed is that they thoroughly prepare
for the changes in store and that they are ready to seize opportunities".
Bishop, who herself has a number of key
connections to Brexit insiders as well as trade authorities, went on to say:
"The event will enable business leaders to obtain the clear and factual
information on Brexit they require. With so many contrasting views and opinions
on Brexit, our event will provide business leaders with unbiased information
which is so imperative for effectively managing the issues that are bound to
arise as Brexit starts to unfold.
"It's more important than ever that
businesses are able to plan for the future, so we're delighted to be bringing
together some of the most knowledgeable voices on Brexit with the aim of
helping businesses make plans that will allow them to adapt to future
challenges, as well as take advantage of the opportunities Brexit will present
over the coming months and years."
Business leaders interested in attending the
event should contact Amelia Bishop Consulting for further information.
