Key influencers and decision makers in the waste, energy, recycling and water sectors who visit the RWM exhibition will be able to see the ease with which an 18-tonne Dennis Eagle vehicle can be supported using fixed post lifts from TotalKare, the UK's number one provider of heavy-duty vehicle lifting solutions.

This year's RWM (12-14 September at the NEC, Birmingham) is expected to attract 11,000 visitors and on stand number 5T70-U71 TotalKare will be displaying a 25,000kg SWL 9m fixed post lift which will support the Dennis vehicle. Demonstrating how to lift and support such a heavy vehicle safely for inspection and maintenance, the lift is one of a range from TotalKare that offers lifting capacities from 16,000kg to 33,000kg.

Suitable for lifting most types of commercial vehicles, the TotalKare fixed post lifts offer a range of platform heights from 7m to 18m and drive on/drive through options. Featuring an electromechanical lifting system and electronic self-alignment, the lift on show is for indoor use but all lifts in the range can be supplied fully galvanised for use in wash bays or outside in wet conditions. They can also be surface-mounted or recessed into the floor for a flusher fit.

Also on the TotalKare stand at RWM will be a set of four T8DC cable-free mobile column lifts which will be supporting an NTM K-Midi refuse collection vehicle. While the British-made K-Midi offers one of the smallest footprints of any full compaction RCV on the market, TotalKare's lifts deliver a lifting capacity of 7,500kg per column and are capable of being manoeuvred around a workshop to any location. Featuring an inverted hydraulic cylinder lifting system and adjustable forks, the T8DC can be supplied in configurations of up to eight columns and is capable of being charged from a conventional 230V wall socket.

Visitors to the TotalKare stand will also be able to learn about the range of CPD-certified competency training courses run by the company as well as its ‘AfterKare' service package that ensures all installed heavy-duty lifting equipment adheres to PUWER and LOLER legislation.

Finally, TotalKare will be showing examples from its range of ancillary products which includes support stands up to 2030mm high, a 2,000kg capacity transmission jack and a trailer beam with 7,500kg lifting capacity.
