6thDräger Advanced Ventilation Symposium offers education to critical care professionals.
Hemel Hempstead - Medical technology specialist Dräger welcomed over 60 ventilation and critical care professionals to its annual Advanced Ventilation Symposium at the Royal Society of Medicine, London.
Awarded with 5 CPD points from the Royal College of Anaesthetists, the annual conference which began in 2012, offers insights and education on key topics and developments in the advanced respiratory management of critically ill patients.
Speakers from around the globe present their experiences and research on topics which this year included: how to ventilate severely hypoxic and hypercapnic patients; airway pressure release ventilation; troubleshooting patient ventilator asynchrony; proning, weaning, as well as giving delegates a chance to ask questions of the expert panel.
